Had a great experience with Summit Fence. After we put down a deposit to lock in our quote we ended up running into issues with our HOA and getting install approval which caused major delays. Their team was great about being flexible, checking in with us and keeping communications open, and then scheduling once we were ready. The guys who installed got the whole fence up in a day and looks good

After trying for weeks to find someone to install a fence at our cabin in Blue Ridge, I called Summit because they did such a fantastic job on the fence around my back yard in Acworth. Initially I talked to my sales rep who handed me off to another sales rep who was going to be in Blue Ridge looking at another project. (2 birds 1 trip. very efficient) I later found out the new sales rep was the owner of the company. Neither of us (myself nor my girlfriend) could meet Lee at the cabin so he offered to "Facetime" us to do the site visit virtually. We had a couple of changes along the way but finally settled on a design that worked. Not only was the price that well below what "handyman" pricing had been quoted to us, the design was bigger and Summit only needed one day for installation versus 4-5 days. We set the date for installation. On the day of the installation the office called to let me know they install team had a flat tire and would be late arriving. They actually came earlier than expected even with the flat tire. Most companies would have used that as an excuse to reschedule. Bonus points for staying on task!! Our cabin is almost at the top of our mountain with the typical narrow mountain road. They made it with no complaints, backed down the driveway and got right to work. The project was completed in no time (still daylight) and it was better than we imagined. If you are in or around the Blue Ridge area, don't hesitate to call them. You will NOT be disappointed!

I had my fence installed by Summit Fence in November 2022. Overall, the install and the team did an excellent job. I had a great experience with Tim when putting together the estimate. However, I cannot give Summit Fence a 5 star review, because they do not stand by the customer after Summit has been paid. My gate started sagging and would not close starting the following summer. I called their office and emailed them about my situation on July 27. I finally received a response to my defective fence gate on September 5, but only after I called back 10+ times asking about my situation. I was always told I would be contacted by the end of the day/week, but that never happened! The best part is that I learned Summit only warranties the fence gate for 90 days. However, due to my situation, they would only charge me $125 to fix my fence, rather than the full $175. What a bargain!

Summit replaced an existing fence for us. Jacob gave us a very professional and detailed estimate. Antonio and his crew did a wonderful job, even continuing their work as it began to rain. Everyone was great to work with. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Summit Fence did an outstanding job for me and my neighbors. Antonio and his team were professional and diligent in their work. They installed the aluminum fencing and gates in one day and made small adjustments I asked for to keep my dogs inside the fence in one small area. I highly recommend Summit Fence for their products and their team of installers and their pricing. Outstanding work!!

Engaging and highly knowledgeable, he provided some excellent advice on what would look right based on his many years of experience. The work was scheduled without delay and the invoicing was slick.
